My Gym Buddy is designed to keep as much of your workout information on your device as practical.

Current app data

The current app stores profile preferences and workout information locally on the device. As connected account and update features are introduced, this policy will be expanded before those services are made available.

Future connected services

Account, security, update and notification services may require limited server-side information such as an account identifier, app version and device notification token. We intend to minimise the information transmitted and retained.

Fitness information

Workout and profile information will not be uploaded to the server by default merely for the app to function. Any future cloud backup or synchronisation feature will be clearly identified.
